Meet the Fingers*
Well, for those of you keeping score at home, I went to the hand doctor yesterday (at a real medical-type facility, not just the usual dog and pony first-aid stands like we have in this town, it was a huge building, bigger than some small hospitals, nothing but orthopedic specialists!) and got a great report. The bone is healing nicely, and should be fine, no future problems, no joint affected. The soft bits are still very upset with me for what I did to them and will take a while before they forgive me and want to be touched or manipulated in any way. No permanent damage to nerves, tendons, muscles or any other squishy pieces. They gave me a new splint and told me to wear it when I want and to go ahead and use the finger as much as I want/can.

That last pix cracked me up pretty good! Glad the little ones are going to be ok. -Brian
Funny stuff! although I'm sure the pain wasn't worth the opportunity to create these cool finger puppets.
I may give finger puppets a try sometime, only without the door slamming part. - Jamie.
